do it. Otherwise, it will connect the investors to the experts so busy
investors do not have to scramble trying to figure out what to do.
Transcommercial consists of experienced, ethical, and smart-working advisors who specialize in
purchase, sales, loans of Shopping
Strips, Neighborhood Shopping Centers, Single-tenant Retail Centers, Medical office buildings, and Apartments. Transmercial
also represents commercial tenants and business owners on lease and
lease renewal negotiations to minimize rent payments.
